physique 57. i think i heard about this workout in one of my daily candy emails. then i heard kelly rippa does this workout in new york and i was sold! anyway i ordered it a while back and now that vada is sleeping through the night, (KNOCK ON WOOD) i've started exercising again. (for real.)
this workout is soooo so hard. i'm sure it will take me weeks to successfully complete the full 57 minutes. right now i am only able to do it in increments. sure, i didn't do any REAL exercise for like over a year, literally. (pregnancy, newborn, excuses, excuses, etc.) but i mean, i can't even DO some of the moves! at one point she has you in this pretzel position and you're supposed to be lifting your leg up like a million times and i couldn't even get my leg off the ground! (and that's following the weak lady who does the moderated version for the more out of shape people) and i definitely can't do an anatomically correct split, or ANY kind of split for that matter (which is now my one of my new goals, by the way.) man!

i am getting better every time i do it, which makes me happy. i am already more toned with improved posture and flexibility. and i feel so much better when i exercise! can't wait to see how i look next bathing suit season ;)
